产品说明:

      工业机(ji)器人(ren)是面向工业领域的(de)多(duo)关节机(ji)械(xie)手或多(duo)自(zi)由度(du)的(de)机(ji)器人(ren)。工业机(ji)器人(ren)是自(zi)动(dong)执行工作(zuo)的(de)机(ji)器装置(zhi),是靠自(zi)身动(dong)力(li)和控制(zhi)能(neng)力(li)来实(shi)现各种功能(neng)的(de)一种机(ji)器。它可(ke)以接受人(ren)类指(zhi)挥,也可(ke)以按(an)照预先编排的(de)程序运(yun)行,现代的(de)工业机(ji)器人(ren)还(hai)可(ke)以根(gen)据人(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)技术(shu)制(zhi)定的(de)原则纲(gang)领行动(dong)。

 

机器人车间:

      工(gong)业机(ji)器(qi)人由(you)主(zhu)体(ti)、驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)统和(he)(he)(he)(he)控制(zhi)系(xi)统三(san)(san)个(ge)(ge)基本部(bu)分组成。主(zhu)体(ti)即机(ji)座(zuo)和(he)(he)(he)(he)执(zhi)行机(ji)构(gou),包括臂(bei)部(bu)、腕部(bu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)手部(bu),有(you)的(de)(de)(de)机(ji)器(qi)人还有(you)行走机(ji)构(gou)。大多数工(gong)业机(ji)器(qi)人有(you)3~6个(ge)(ge)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自由(you)度(du),其中腕部(bu)通常有(you)1~3个(ge)(ge)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自由(you)度(du);驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)统包括动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力装(zhuang)置和(he)(he)(he)(he)传动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机(ji)构(gou),用(yong)以(yi)使执(zhi)行机(ji)构(gou)产生相应的(de)(de)(de)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作;控制(zhi)系(xi)统是(shi)按照(zhao)输入的(de)(de)(de)程序对驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)统和(he)(he)(he)(he)执(zhi)行机(ji)构(gou)发出指(zhi)令(ling)信(xin)号,并进(jin)行控制(zhi)。工(gong)业机(ji)器(qi)人按臂(bei)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)形(xing)式(shi)分为四种(zhong)。直(zhi)角坐(zuo)(zuo)标(biao)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)臂(bei)部(bu)可沿(yan)三(san)(san)个(ge)(ge)直(zhi)角坐(zuo)(zuo)标(biao)移动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong);圆柱坐(zuo)(zuo)标(biao)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)臂(bei)部(bu)可作升降、回转(zhuan)和(he)(he)(he)(he)伸缩动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作;球坐(zuo)(zuo)标(biao)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)臂(bei)部(bu)能(neng)回转(zhuan)、俯仰和(he)(he)(he)(he)伸缩;关节(jie)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)臂(bei)部(bu)有(you)多个(ge)(ge)转(zhuan)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)关节(jie)。

 

装箱机器人:

  工业机(ji)(ji)器人按执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构运(yun)动的控(kong)制机(ji)(ji)能,又(you)可分点(dian)(dian)位(wei)型(xing)(xing)和连续(xu)轨迹(ji)型(xing)(xing)。点(dian)(dian)位(wei)型(xing)(xing)只控(kong)制执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构由一点(dian)(dian)到另一点(dian)(dian)的准确定(ding)位(wei),适用于机(ji)(ji)床上下料、点(dian)(dian)焊和一般(ban)搬(ban)运(yun)、装(zhuang)卸(xie)等作业;连续(xu)轨迹(ji)型(xing)(xing)可控(kong)制执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构按给定(ding)轨迹(ji)运(yun)动,适用于连续(xu)焊接和涂装(zhuang)等作业。

 

分拣机器人:

  工(gong)业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)按程序(xu)(xu)(xu)输(shu)入(ru)(ru)方式(shi)区分有(you)(you)编(bian)程输(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)(xing)(xing)和示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)(xing)(xing)两(liang)类。编(bian)程输(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)将(jiang)计(ji)算机(ji)(ji)(ji)上已(yi)编(bian)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)业(ye)程序(xu)(xu)(xu)文件,通过RS232串口或者以(yi)太网(wang)等通信(xin)方式(shi)传(chuan)送(song)到机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜。示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)方法有(you)(you)两(liang)种(zhong):一(yi)种(zhong)是(shi)由(you)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者用手(shou)动(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)操纵盒(he)),将(jiang)指令信(xin)号传(chuan)给驱动(dong)系统,使(shi)执(zhi)行(xing)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构(gou)(gou)按要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)动(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)顺序(xu)(xu)(xu)和运(yun)动(dong)轨迹(ji)(ji)操演一(yi)遍;另一(yi)种(zhong)是(shi)由(you)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者直接领动(dong)执(zhi)行(xing)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构(gou)(gou),按要(yao)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)动(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)顺序(xu)(xu)(xu)和运(yun)动(dong)轨迹(ji)(ji)操演一(yi)遍。在(zai)示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)过程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同时,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)程序(xu)(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)即自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)动(dong)存(cun)入(ru)(ru)程序(xu)(xu)(xu)存(cun)储器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)动(dong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)时,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系统从程序(xu)(xu)(xu)存(cun)储器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)检出相应(ying)信(xin)息(xi),将(jiang)指令信(xin)号传(chuan)给驱动(dong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构(gou)(gou),使(shi)执(zhi)行(xing)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构(gou)(gou)再(zai)现(xian)(xian)示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各种(zhong)动(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)入(ru)(ru)程序(xu)(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)称为示(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)再(zai)现(xian)(xian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)。具有(you)(you)触觉、力觉或简单的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)视(shi)觉的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren),能在(zai)较(jiao)为复(fu)杂(za)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)环(huan)(huan)境下工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);如具有(you)(you)识别功能或更进一(yi)步增加自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)适应(ying)、自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)学(xue)习(xi)功能,即成为智能型(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)。它能按照人(ren)给的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“宏(hong)指令”自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)选或自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)编(bian)程序(xu)(xu)(xu)去适应(ying)环(huan)(huan)境,并自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)动(dong)完成更为复(fu)杂(za)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
