产品说明:

      工(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)机器(qi)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)(shi)面向工(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)领域的(de)多关(guan)节机械(xie)手或多自(zi)(zi)由度的(de)机器(qi)人(ren)(ren)。工(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)机器(qi)人(ren)(ren)是(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)动执行工(gong)作的(de)机器(qi)装(zhuang)置,是(shi)(shi)靠自(zi)(zi)身动力和控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)力来实现各种功能(neng)的(de)一(yi)种机器(qi)。它可(ke)以(yi)接受人(ren)(ren)类指挥,也可(ke)以(yi)按照预(yu)先编排的(de)程序运行,现代的(de)工(gong)业(ye)(ye)(ye)机器(qi)人(ren)(ren)还可(ke)以(yi)根据(ju)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)技术制(zhi)(zhi)定的(de)原(yuan)则(ze)纲领行动。

 

机器人车间:

      工业(ye)(ye)机(ji)(ji)器人由(you)主体、驱(qu)动系(xi)统(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)(he)(he)控制(zhi)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)三(san)个(ge)基(ji)本部(bu)分组成(cheng)。主体即机(ji)(ji)座和(he)(he)(he)(he)执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构(gou),包括(kuo)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)、腕(wan)部(bu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)手部(bu),有(you)的(de)(de)机(ji)(ji)器人还(hai)有(you)行(xing)走机(ji)(ji)构(gou)。大多(duo)数(shu)工业(ye)(ye)机(ji)(ji)器人有(you)3~6个(ge)运动自由(you)度,其中腕(wan)部(bu)通(tong)常有(you)1~3个(ge)运动自由(you)度;驱(qu)动系(xi)统(tong)(tong)包括(kuo)动力装置和(he)(he)(he)(he)传动机(ji)(ji)构(gou),用以使执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构(gou)产生相应(ying)的(de)(de)动作;控制(zhi)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)是按照输(shu)入的(de)(de)程序对驱(qu)动系(xi)统(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)(he)(he)执行(xing)机(ji)(ji)构(gou)发出指令信号,并进行(xing)控制(zhi)。工业(ye)(ye)机(ji)(ji)器人按臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)的(de)(de)运动形式分为(wei)四(si)种。直角坐(zuo)标型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)可(ke)沿(yan)三(san)个(ge)直角坐(zuo)标移动;圆(yuan)柱坐(zuo)标型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)可(ke)作升降(jiang)、回(hui)转(zhuan)和(he)(he)(he)(he)伸(shen)缩动作;球坐(zuo)标型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)能回(hui)转(zhuan)、俯仰和(he)(he)(he)(he)伸(shen)缩;关(guan)(guan)节型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)部(bu)有(you)多(duo)个(ge)转(zhuan)动关(guan)(guan)节。

 

装箱机器人:

  工业(ye)机(ji)器人按(an)执(zhi)行(xing)(xing)机(ji)构(gou)运动(dong)的控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)机(ji)能,又可分(fen)点(dian)位(wei)型(xing)(xing)和连续轨迹(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)。点(dian)位(wei)型(xing)(xing)只(zhi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)执(zhi)行(xing)(xing)机(ji)构(gou)由一(yi)(yi)点(dian)到另一(yi)(yi)点(dian)的准确(que)定(ding)位(wei),适(shi)用于机(ji)床(chuang)上下料(liao)、点(dian)焊(han)和一(yi)(yi)般搬运、装(zhuang)卸等(deng)作业(ye);连续轨迹(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)可控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)执(zhi)行(xing)(xing)机(ji)构(gou)按(an)给定(ding)轨迹(ji)(ji)运动(dong),适(shi)用于连续焊(han)接和涂装(zhuang)等(deng)作业(ye)。

 

分拣机器人:

  工业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)按(an)(an)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)方式区分有(you)(you)(you)编程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)和(he)示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)两类。编程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)是将(jiang)计算机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上已编好的(de)作(zuo)业(ye)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)文件,通(tong)过RS232串口或者(zhe)以太网等通(tong)信(xin)(xin)方式传送到机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)控(kong)制柜(ju)。示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)型(xing)的(de)示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)方法有(you)(you)(you)两种:一(yi)(yi)种是由操(cao)(cao)(cao)作(zuo)者(zhe)用手动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制器(qi)(示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)操(cao)(cao)(cao)纵盒),将(jiang)指(zhi)令(ling)(ling)信(xin)(xin)号传给驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系统(tong),使执行机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)构按(an)(an)要(yao)求的(de)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)顺序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)和(he)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轨迹操(cao)(cao)(cao)演一(yi)(yi)遍(bian)(bian);另一(yi)(yi)种是由操(cao)(cao)(cao)作(zuo)者(zhe)直接领动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)执行机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)构,按(an)(an)要(yao)求的(de)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)顺序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)和(he)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轨迹操(cao)(cao)(cao)演一(yi)(yi)遍(bian)(bian)。在(zai)示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)过程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)同(tong)时(shi),工作(zuo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)即自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)存(cun)入(ru)(ru)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)存(cun)储(chu)器(qi)中在(zai)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)工作(zuo)时(shi),控(kong)制系统(tong)从程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)存(cun)储(chu)器(qi)中检出相应信(xin)(xin)息(xi),将(jiang)指(zhi)令(ling)(ling)信(xin)(xin)号传给驱动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)构,使执行机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)构再(zai)现(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)各种动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)。示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)的(de)工业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)称为示(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)再(zai)现(xian)型(xing)工业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。具有(you)(you)(you)触觉(jue)、力觉(jue)或简(jian)单的(de)视觉(jue)的(de)工业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren),能(neng)在(zai)较为复(fu)杂的(de)环境(jing)下工作(zuo);如具有(you)(you)(you)识别功能(neng)或更进一(yi)(yi)步(bu)增(zeng)加自(zi)适应、自(zi)学习功能(neng),即成为智(zhi)能(neng)型(xing)工业(ye)机(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。它(ta)能(neng)按(an)(an)照人(ren)(ren)(ren)给的(de)“宏指(zhi)令(ling)(ling)”自(zi)选(xuan)或自(zi)编程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)去(qu)适应环境(jing),并自(zi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)完成更为复(fu)杂的(de)工作(zuo)。
